Anatomy Trains 身體結構整合是一套以「全身筋膜連繫」為基礎的身體結構整合方法。筋膜可以理解為包圍肌肉、骨骼和關節的柔韌網絡;當一個位置長期繃緊,其他位置也可能被迫增加負擔。Anatomy Trains Structural Integration is based on whole-body fascial connections. Fascia can be understood as a flexible network around muscles, bones and joints; when one area holds long-term tension, other areas may take on extra load.

Anatomy Trains 身體結構治療 3-Series

3-Series 由三節身體結構治療組成。對初次接觸身體結構整合的人來說,這是一個清晰而精簡的入門方式;亦可作為完成 12-Series 後的進階整理。

  1. 下半身:由身體基礎開始,處理足部、腿部、大腿與骨盆,從下方整理骨盆排列。

ATSI Structural Bodywork 3 Series

The 3 Series consists of three sessions of Structural Bodywork.

This can be a nice way to experience this work as a beginner of Structural Integration, or as advanced sessions after the 12 Series.

  1. Lower Body: Beginning with your foundation, this session works with the feet, legs, thighs, and pelvis. Aligning the pelvis from below.
  2. Upper Body: Aligns the body above the pelvis, abdomen, ribcage, and shoulders.
  3. Spine: Although each session works with the spine, neck and sacrum, the Spine session gives time to address specific imbalances.

Anatomy Trains 身體結構整合 12-Series

Anatomy Trains 身體結構整合由 Thomas Myers 發展,共十二節身體結構整合療程,應用 Anatomy Trains 筋膜經線模型。這個模型把身體視為連續的筋膜垂直路徑,幫助理解不同部位如何互相牽連。

12-Series 會循序漸進整理全身,目標是建立更平衡、輕鬆的活動與協調,同時透過身體感知與筋膜釋放,發展更清晰、鮮明的身體自我覺察。

例如第一節會處理淺前線,由足背開始,經小腿前側、膝部、股四頭肌到髖前方,再向上連接腹直肌、胸骨與頸部淺層結構。每節都會沿著一條筋膜經線工作,同時按個人的身體模式作針對性處理。

第 1 至 4 節:釋放與整理淺層身體

處理身體外層,即與外界接觸、承受日常姿勢和動作壓力的部分。

Anatomy Trains Structural Integration 12 Series

ATSI (Anatomy Trains Structural Integration) consists of twelve Structural Integration sessions developed by Thomas Myers applying the Anatomy Trains myofascial meridians model. The Anatomy Trains model is a map of the continuous fascial vertical pathways in the body.

ATSI progressively works through the entire body to create balanced, easeful movement and coordination as well as develop an articulate and vivid self-image through kinesthetic perception and myofascial release.

For example, the first session is the Superficial Front Line which begins on the top (dorsal surface) of the foot up through the front of the shin (anterior compartment), knee, and quadriceps to the anterior of the hip. This line continues up through the rectus abdominus, sternum, and the superficial neck.

Each session follows a myofascial meridian through the body, but specific attention is given to the individual's pattern.

Sessions 1-4

Release and unwind the Superficial body (outer body that touches the world).

Session 1 | Superficial Front Line - Front body

Session 2 | Superficial Back Line - Back body

Session 3 | Lateral Line - Sides of body

Session 4 | Spiral Line - How we move, opposite arm and legs like walking

個案故事:肩頸腰痛不一定是人生常態Case story: neck, shoulder and lower-back pain do not have to be normal

一位長期肩頸腰痛客人,按摩後會鬆一兩天,但工作久坐和久站後又再繃緊。評估時發現,她的呼吸偏淺、肋骨活動不足、骨盆長期後傾,足弓支撐亦較弱。身體深層肌肉無法為身體帶來穩定,所以淺層肌肉很難真正放鬆。A client with long-term neck, shoulder and lower back pain felt better for a day or two after massage, but tension returned after prolonged sitting and standing at work. Assessment showed shallow breathing, limited rib movement, a long-term posterior pelvic tilt and weaker arch support. Her deeper stabilising muscles were not providing enough support, so the superficial muscles struggled to truly relax.

  • 先整理骨盆、髖部和足部支撐,讓身體站得更穩。First, the pelvis, hips and foot support were integrated so the body could stand with more stability.
  • 再處理呼吸與肋骨活動,減少上胸和頸部過度用力。Then breathing and rib movement were addressed to reduce overuse in the upper chest and neck.
  • 最後把改善帶回健康的坐姿、站姿、步態、工作姿勢和運動模式。Finally, the changes were brought back into healthier sitting, standing, gait, work posture and movement patterns.

可觀察的前後變化:治療後身體排列較穩定,肩頸緊張減少,腰背壓力下降,站姿看起來更順、更挺,但不是僵硬地用力挺胸。這類轉變是由評估、手法治療和動作整合逐步建立。Changes to observe: after treatment, body alignment appears steadier, neck and shoulder tension is reduced, lower-back pressure eases, and posture looks smoother and taller without rigidly forcing the chest up. These changes are built gradually through assessment, hands-on work and movement integration.

每節療程需時多久?How long is each session?

每節約 1 至 2 小時,視乎你選擇的療程而定。建議前後預留充足時間,讓身體和情緒都可以慢慢進入狀態。Each session lasts around 1 to 2 hours, depending on the option chosen. Allow enough time before and after so your body and mind can settle.

治療時應該穿什麼?What should I wear?

治療會包括身體閱讀和視覺評估,有機會需要觀察脊椎和四肢。建議穿短褲,女士可穿運動內衣、內衣或泳衣。Treatment includes body reading and visual assessment, and the spine and limbs may need to be observed. Shorts are recommended; women may wear a sports bra, underwear or swimwear.

治療會觸碰身體嗎?Will the treatment involve touch?

會。治療中 Kathy 會進行觸診和手法治療。過程會按你的舒適度和同意調整,如你介意身體被觸碰,請預約前先了解流程。Yes. Kathy will use palpation and hands-on treatment. The process is adjusted to your comfort and consent. If you feel uncomfortable with touch, please ask about the process before booking.

可以。每節治療前後,你可要求 Kathy 拍攝全身正面、側面及背面照片,用作檢視姿勢和身體結構變化。Yes. Before and after each session, you may request full-body front, side and back photos to review posture and structural changes.

療程前需要準備什麼?What should I prepare before treatment?

請保持身體水分充足,進食後預留時間消化,並帶備水。如有醫療報告,例如 MRI、X 光或超聲波報告,也可帶來應診。Stay hydrated, allow time to digest after eating, and bring water. If you have medical reports such as MRI, X-ray or ultrasound results, bring them to the session.

療程後有什麼反應?What might I feel after treatment?

療程中或之後,有機會感到疲倦、肚餓或情緒流動。這些反應可自然觀察和感受,如有擔心,可隨時 WhatsApp。During or after treatment, you may feel tired, hungry or experience emotional shifts. Notice these responses gently, and WhatsApp Kathy if you have concerns.
